Boilers, heating and the plumbing in between
From a yearly service to a full boiler swap, plus the jobs that crop up along the way. One visit often sorts more than one thing.
New boilers fitted
Old or condemned boiler? Rachel replaces it, explains your options first, and can add smart controls that help it run on less gas.
Repairs and breakdowns
No heating, no hot water, a leak under the boiler. Found, explained and fixed, often in a single visit.
Gas hobs, cookers and fires
Connecting new gas appliances, plus help with old gas fires and replacements.

About Rachel
A tradeswoman who's in it for the right reasons
Gassie Lassie is me, Rachel. I'm based in Kinghorn and I work all over Fife. I set up on my own after training as a gas engineer, and it's grown through word of mouth from customers who keep recommending me to friends and family.
Lots of my customers have had bad experiences with trades before. So I keep things simple: turn up when I say, explain everything in plain English, and check in afterwards to make sure all's well.

Can you fit a new boiler?
Yes. I replace old and condemned boilers, and talk you through the options first so you know exactly what you're getting and why.
How quickly can you come out?
It depends on the week. The quickest way to find out is to call or WhatsApp 07897 126021 and tell me what's gone wrong.
Do you do small plumbing jobs?
Yes. Dripping taps, toilets, leaks, radiators and pipework are all part of the job, not just boilers.
